average delivery time of approximately 14-28 days.


MCDP International UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is registered with the Central Packaging Register Office as a manufacturer of packaging subject to system participation pursuant to § 9 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1, Paragraph 2, Paragraph 3 Sentence 1 and 2 VerpackG. Packaging quantities subject to system participation are placed on the market with a system participation contract via a system partner participating in the (dual) system.

How can I pay for my order?
Your order can be paid for by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express), Paypal or payment in advance by cheque or bank transfer.

How will my credit cards be handled? Is my data transmission secure?
GeoTrust is the secure protocol (SSL) behind our shop. Your credit card data and payment details will be encrypted and fully protected during your transaction.

Do I have a credit period for my orders?
We are sorry but all transactions are made by payment with order (CWO).

How can I become a dealer?
Please ask for our merchant form. We shall consult you. You shall need to send us your trade licence or excerpt from the commercial register for being allowed to trade with media products (CDs, DVDs, books, etc)

How long will it take to deliver my order?
We shall dispatch within 1-5 working days following receipt of payment. Please note that the German Post Office claims various average delivery times depending of the particular delivery zone the order has to be sent to (please see the above detailed information).
Because our purchases are made globally, it could be that some products will need a longer delivery time. We will inform you in this case.

How much is the cost of shipping and handling?
The postage price depends on the delivery zone of your address and country. For example, the standard delivery for an order of up to two CDs shipped from within Germany in a Jiffy bag has a shipping price of EUR 2,50. Postage free delivery will be generated by the shop system automatically in dependency of the number of items. As a rule, from the 11th CD there is no more postage fee for a domestic delivery.
 

Please notify us of any complaints concerning defective goods or damage in transit within 3 days of receipt in writing. This does not affect your rights under German Law as a customer. All goods are sold free of copyright fees. Customers outside the EU may be liable for import duty.

All goods remain our property until payment is made in full.
